Midcentury-Inspired Living Room in a Brooklyn Townhome

The living room in this South Slope, Brooklyn, townhome was designed with a modern-yet-midcentury vibe that still preserves the home's built-in character. This townhome is located in South Slope, Brooklyn. It was a gut renovation for a now family four (was a family of three initially :)). The husband and wife wanted a modern home with a mid-century vibe. They also wanted the new work to tie into the brownstones existing built-in character. We dove into color and fun shapes and finished the space with some amazing art pieces!
