Yield: 1 serving
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup dairy-free milk (coconut, almond, hemp, flax, etc.)
1/2 cup cold brewed coffee
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
shaved dark chocolate (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender and serve cold. Pour into a glass and top with dark chocolate shavings, if desired.
