  • Printable pennant template
  • Scissors
  • Permanent marker
  • Hot glue gun/hot glue
  • Jute twine

Trace the Template

Download, print and cut out our printable pennant template. Place the template on felt and trace it with a permanent marker.

Cut it Out

Use scissors to cut just inside the trace marks. Continue tracing and cutting pennants until you have as many as needed.
