Materials
- Stiff felt
- Printable pennant template
- Scissors
- Permanent marker
- Hot glue gun/hot glue
- Jute twine

Trace the Template
Download, print and cut out our printable pennant template. Place the template on felt and trace it with a permanent marker.

Cut it Out
Use scissors to cut just inside the trace marks. Continue tracing and cutting pennants until you have as many as needed.

Assemble
Use the hot glue to attach the felt pennants to the twine to create the banner.
