Welcome to What’s Your Style, where we put the focus on style influencers whose personal and home style make us giddy with ideas and design inspiration. First up Pap Shirock, a multi-hyphened actor-model-yoga teacher whose Los Angeles home has an edited, pared back and slightly Seventies vibe that matches up perfectly with her vintage-y fashion sense.

Shirock says she's "always on the lookout" for cool turquoise jewelry and looks for it at "flea markets and the occasional vintage store."

Flea markets—like the famous Rose Bowl flea market in Los Angeles—are a big source for one-of-a-kind style finds. "Found these at a flea market in Venice last year," says Shirock. "Love how unique they are, kind of cowboy boots/skates."

"I read a lot and am always hitting up used book stores to expand my collection," says Shirock. "Growing up my family had a rule that there was always enough money for music lessons and any book we wanted. I still don't really limit myself when it comes to buying books."

The city that most inspires your style? Currently Los Angeles

Shirock's Los Angeles home is full of earthy browns and organic natural elements like dried flowers and macrame that give the space a very Seventies feel.
"I've always spent a lot of time outdoors and prefer the natural to the artificial," says Shirock. "I'm also a big fan of the Seventies, probably my favorite decade," she admits.

We love Shirock's choice here, to go with an on-trend Edison bulb rather than a shade to pair with this retro sconce. "The older I get, the more minimalist I become," says Shirock. "You just realize there is less and less that you actually need. And that most of the things you need aren't things at all."
