A short walk from the heart of San Pedro, Belize, this oceanfront retreat was uniquely designed to celebrate local landscapes, materials, and craftsmanship. Located on a narrow half-acre lot, the compound includes a main home, two guest casitas, a caretaker suite, and a boathouse, with the turquoise sea just a few steps away.

Built entirely of concrete for storm resilience, the home is softened by natural materials such as native woods, palm fronds, and handmade finishes. During construction, the design team worked closely with local craftspeople and sourced regional materials.
