The Diag is an open space located within the central campus of the University of Michigan. The brass "M" located here is packed with folklore; legend has it that if a student steps on the symbol before their first exam, they're sure to fail.

The Michigan Union is arguably one of the most recognizable landmarks on the university's campus. The U-of-M flag proudly flies atop the building.

The Nickels Arcade is a covered shopping district close to campus. Opened in 1918, today it features a variety of different businesses.

The Fleetwood Diner located on Ashely Street is the "hippest diner in Michigan." The restaurant, offering diner grub 24 hours a day, is known for its retro-styled design.
