Copper Pipe Candelabra

Make a one-of-a-kind candelabra using copper piping and contact cement.

Materials and Tools:

½” copper piping
½” copper slip tee fittings
½” copper slip elbow fittings
½” copper slip coupling fittings
contact cement
pipe cutter
permanent marker
tape measure

Cut Copper Piping

Use tape measure and permanent marker to measure ½” copper piping at various lengths of 2-3”. Cut several pieces using a pipe cutter.

Experiment With Design

Dry fit copper pipe pieces with ½” elbow, tee and coupling fittings to create your own customized candelabra design. Tip: Design the candelabra base first, then build upwards.

Glue Pieces in Place

Once satisfied with your design, disassemble then reassemble piece by piece by applying contact cement at all joining pieces. Let dry overnight.

Admire Finished Product
