Irish Coffee Recipe
Irish whisky and a dollop of whipped cream are all you need to turn a cup of coffee into this cold-weather classic. This drink isn't overly rich so it pairs well with dessert yet is tasty enough to serve on its own.

Ingredients
8 oz. hot coffee, black
1-1/2 oz. Irish whisky
1 tsp. sugar
whipped cream
Preparation
1. Place 1 tsp. sugar in the bottom of an Irish coffee cup.
2. Add 1-1/2 oz. Irish whisky and let it dissolve the sugar.
3. Pour in 8 oz. piping hot coffee.
4. Top it off with a heaping spoonful of whipped cream.
