Two vibrant, red closet doors add a splash of color to the subdued space, while a vintage cabinet and a 19th-century light fixture provide old-fashioned character.

Adorned with lively patterns and an energetic color palette, the north bedroom of Sarah's farmhouse pops with personality. Sarah combined red paisley and polka dots to create an eclectic look, but kept the space cohesive with a brass bed and brass accents throughout.

A foil to the vibrant north bedroom, the west bedroom feels calm, classic and country — but not hokey. A custom headboard upholstered in a floral-print fabric makes a strong statement, while a refurbished chandelier adds a bit of glitz to the space.
