HGTV Urban Oasis 2010 is a 900-square-foot apartment located on the 34th floor of the W New York-Downtown Hotel and Residences, a 57-floor high-rise tower located at 123 Washington Street in New York City's Financial District. The Wall Street location is the second W Hotel and Residences designed by Gwathmey Siegel & Associates Architects.

W New York-Downtown Hotel and Residences is located on the southern edge of the World Trade Center Memorial site. The glass-clad building features hotel rooms on the first 22 floors, furnished residences on floors 23 to 30, and customizable residences on floors 33 to 56. Separate entrances accommodate guests and apartment dwellers respectively.

Looking south from HGTV Urban Oasis 2010, one can see the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and the Staten Island Ferry making its way along the Hudson.

The 25-acre Battery Park and 172-acre Governor's Island, a former military base turned public park, are two New York landmarks visible from the living room of HGTV Urban Oasis 2010.
