Traditional Eat-In Kitchen With Blue Accents From Sarah Sees Potential

As seen on season one of Sarah Sees Potential, designer Sarah Richardson removed a wall between a cramped kitchen and extra bonus room in this century-old home to build a gorgeous, roomy eat-in kitchen stocked with modern amenities. The original kitchen was completed gutted to make room for custom white cabinets, a subway tile backsplash, an enormous island with attached dining table, and stainless steel appliances. Oiled-finished wood flooring and brass accents complete the room's traditional, antique look.

Open Plan Cottage-Style Kitchen and Dining Room From Sarah Sees Potential

As seen on season 1 of Sarah Sees Potential, Sarah removed a dividing wall between the kitchen and living room to create this beautiful, open plan space. Sarah accented the remaining support beams with charming antique corbels and added cheery neutral paint colors for a cottage-style feel.

Mid-Century Modern Kitchen From Sarah Sees Potential

As seen on season 1 of Sarah Sees Potential, this once cramped and dated kitchen and dining area was transformed into a chic, mid-century style space. Designer Sarah Richardson upcycled thrift store chairs by dipping the legs in chrome and reupholstering the seats. Keeping with the vintage theme, Sarah installed mid-century modern light fixtures and added bright pops of color throughout the neutral space. The owner's original artwork hangs above a custom banquette to complete the look.

As seen on season 1 of Sarah Sees Potential, designer Sarah Richardson borrowed 15 square feet from the adjacent guest bedroom to carve out space for this spa-like bathroom vanity. To give the room a first class feel, Sarah added a large silver-framed round mirror, a mosaic tile backsplash and a floating, custom-built wood cabinet with plenty of storage space.
