Chris is excited to move from the Maryland suburbs to live closer to his girlfriend Karen in downtown Baltimore. But will he be able to find what he seeks in a new property? Searching for a home with historical character and an outdoor roof deck that exists in a geographically desirable location that they can both agree on is not going to be easy. Neither will be balancing his desire to buy a place for himself with her preference that he rent. Will he rent or will he buy?
