School Sweethearts on the Move

For married high school sweethearts Marissa and Michael and their dogs, having to deal with their current third floor walk up is really getting them down. She wants to take her time and buy a large place with a home office for her assistant while he would like a luxury rental right now with a modern kitchen to pursue his cooking hobby. They both agree they need outdoor space for their dogs but they don't agree on what Marissa also wants, which is chickens. Will they rent or will they buy?
