21st Century Renovation

Four years ago, Angela and Mike bought a quirky beach side home despite its outdated style. Now they still love the location of their home, but since Angela's mom has moved in, their three bedroom beach house isn't functioning for the family anymore. While Angela wants privacy, separate bedrooms for the kids, an updated kitchen, and a livable outdoor space, Mike just wants to be close to the beach. Mike loves their outdated beach house and wants to renovate and stay. But Angela is fed up with their dated home and is ready to move on. Enter home experts Jillian and Todd to settle this dispute. Designer Jillian and her team hope to create some much needed privacy with a new functional design. But Realtor Todd believes the answer is a new home near the water.
