Her daughter Natalie tries to balance taking over the renovation with taking care of her mom, but soon realizes she's in way over head. She turns to Mike to finish the house. Mike and his team will need to fix the HVAC, redo plumbing, replace windows and properly seal the home to finish the job in the best way under the worst circumstances.
