The home was Adam's grandparents' home, and Jenna and Adam bought it and Leanne and Steve renovated it completely.

Kat and Mike are curious to know what it’s like to work with your sibling. Leanne and Steve both agree it’s great because they both have the same sense of humor and frame of reference for many things. Leanne brags on what a creative MacGyver her brother is. He can pull off all of Leanne’s wildest design ideas and has quite a few of his own. Steve admits he likes the challenge and with that he shows off his latest project — a motorcycle gas tank covered in dice.

Defend the Trend: Leanne’s Favorite Game

In our Defend the Trend segment of the podcast, Kat and Mike ask Leanne and Steve a question about one trend. But Leanne wants to keep playing and defend or oppose more trends. On white kitchens, both siblings say they’re here to stay and are big fans of the timeless, versatile look of a white palette. Open floor plans: Leanne says it depends on the style and architecture of the home while Steve says it depends on who you live with. When it comes to over-the-top, bold tile, both agree it’s a no.
