In each hour-long episode, Realtor Todd Talbot and designer Jillian Harris go head-to-head for the homeowners' final choice to stay or go. Todd's expert knowledge of the real estate market helps target affordable listings to prospective buyers, but Jillian is committed to showing homeowners that, within their budget, she can turn their unwanted house into a renovated home they can love.
