Cozy Living Room With Industrial Touches

As seen on HGTV’s Property Brothers, Jonathan and Drew Scott designed this living room to match the homeowner’s bright personality. The original cement flooring was stained a warmer color and dark gray paint was added to the walls, while the one wood-clad wall was kept as a feature. The large metal storage unit resembles an old set of lockers, which brings an industrial feel to the space. Two vintage side chairs and an old leather sofa were reupholstered in bright colors and prints, and a star-shaped light bulb installation was mounted on the wall as a finishing touch.

Modern Faucet and Deep Sink

Contemporary style meets functionality with modern blue subway tiles and a faucet that can tackle pots and pans and sticky fingers.

Country Kitchen With Bamboo Island Countertop

As seen on HGTV’s Property Brothers, Jonathan and Drew Scott kept this kitchen’s original cabinets intact but repainted them a soft yellow. The new spacious island features a bamboo countertop, while the existing granite countertops were complemented by a backsplash made from ceramic tiles.

Teal and Yellow Guest Bedroom

Dark hardwood floors, an eclectic rug, a dark teal accent wall, and complementary yellow bedding make this guest suite bedroom charming and inviting.

Contemporary Living Room With Leather Sofa and Colorful Pillows

A rustic wood coffee table provides a spot for drinks and magazines in front of the leather sofa. Bold yellow and deep blue pillows accent the brown sofa with striking color.

Fit for a Queen

MASTER BEDROOM, AFTER: After combining two bedrooms, the Property Brothers were able to make a master suite that has a large bedroom, bathroom and a walk-in closet. The spa-like master bathroom features a jetted tub and stone shower.

Repurposed Barn Door Gives Privacy to Home Office

The dividing feature between the office and living room of this renovated home is a revamped barn door that brings a bit of industrial rusticity to the contemporary design. The door slides on a metal pulley from one side to another for privacy's sake.

Drew and Jonathan Scott with a Dog

Buying and Selling hosts Drew and Jonathan Scott take a tour through Christal and Scott's home and find that the house is crowded with large furniture and a menagerie of animals- a dog, a chicken, and a rabbit!

White Farmhouse Sink in Country Kitchen

HGTV's Property Brothers added a little sparkle to this country kitchen with an iridescent backsplash. A fashionable apron-front sink, shaker-style cabinets and new stainless steel appliances complete the dazzling remodel.
