Materials Needed

  • black beverage tub
  • sparkly self-adhesive craft foam (gold, purple, black and red)
  • non-sparkly white self-adhesive craft foam
  • scissors

Create Horns

Fold self-adhesive craft foam in half (Image 1). Using scissors, cut out a curved horn shape (Image 2). Tip: Folding the foam in half before cutting creates a double-sided horn with two sides that mirror each other. Remove paper backing from one side, leaving a small section of paper remaining at the base that you'll remove later when attaching the horns to the beverage tub (Image 3). Press both sides together (Image 4). Repeat these steps, using the first horn as a template, to create a second double-sided horn.

Create Eyes

Fold gold self-adhesive craft foam in half and cut out an almond shape, similar to cat's eyes. Create pupils by folding black self-adhesive craft foam in half and cutting out two narrow slits. Remove the pupil's paper backing and join the pieces of craft foam together.

Create Mouth and Fangs

Using scissors, cut a wide crescent-moon shape out of red self-adhesive craft foam. Then, cut a few triangles out of white self-adhesive craft foam to resemble fangs. Remove the paper backing the fangs and attach to the red mouth.
