#1: Bacon Bouquet

Are flowers not your S.O.'s thing? Skip the traditional floral bouquet this Valentine's Day and give this arrangement of bacon roses stuffed with goat cheese and dates. What you'll need: a pack of bacon (about 12 slices), dates, crumbled goat cheese, toothpicks, a bouquet of artificial roses, kraft paper, tape and ribbon.

Step 1: Slice Dates

Start by slicing the dates in half to remove the pits, then slicing them into quarters. You'll need one slice for each piece of bacon.

Step 2: Assemble Bacon Roses

Add one slice of date and a few crumbles of goat cheese to the end of a piece of bacon. Roll the bacon into a rose-like shape and secure with a toothpick. Repeat this process for the entire pack of bacon.
