Materials and Tools:
evergreen wreath (faux or fresh)
silk greenery
pinecones
copper ornaments (glass or shatterproof)
gold ornaments (glass or shatterproof)
assorted faux berry picks
glitter (gold and copper)
spray adhesive
wired gold ribbon
small sharpened wooden dowels or skewers
small-gauge wire
Steps:
1. Add a pick to any embellishments that don't have them, such as ornaments and pinecones, by attaching them to a wooden dowel or skewer with wire. Tip: Picks are a much easier method for attaching items to the wreath than hot glue or wire, plus items on picks can be easily rearranged.
2. Give silk greenery a glittering finish by coating the fronts of each with spray adhesive followed by a dusting of gold or copper glitter.
3. Beginning at the bottom of the wreath, slide picks into wreath, layering elements until you're satisfied with the arrangement.
