Tour Lauren Conrad's Los Angeles Home
As Seen on TV
Thanks to her popular fashion lines and starring roles on MTV's reality shows The Hills and Laguna Beach, Lauren Conrad is a recognizable name. Also recognizable is her Hollywood home, which was featured prominently on The Hills. In addition to the three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom main house, the property features a detached guesthouse, where Lauren's friend and costar Audrina Patridge lived for one season of the show.
"There's a lot of great character to the house," says Jana Charalambous of Hilton & Hyland. "You've got the coved ceilings, traditional tiles, molding and wrought iron. It's got a lot of great features from the '20s but with a new world, modern vibe." Gleaming hardwood floors and barreled ceilings complete the home's authentic 1920s look.
A beautiful fireplace is the focal point of the step-down living room. "The living room fireplace is more of a traditional fireplace with the marble hearth and the aged wood on it," Jana says.
Off the living room, a spacious formal dining room is the perfect spot for hosting extravagant dinner parties.
Dining Room Lighting
An elegant chandelier casts a soft glow over the space.
The eat-in chef's kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and luxurious stone countertops.
A metallic backsplash adds a contemporary touch to the classic kitchen.
From the kitchen, you can step into the charming sunroom with traditional Spanish floor tiles and a wall of windows that overlooks the lush backyard.
"One part Lauren really loved is how the windows and doors open up on the whole property -- the feeling of openness while still being so private," Jana says.
In the master bedroom is a second fireplace, perfect for warming up on chilly nights. The room's private balcony offers another view of the secluded backyard.

Elegant details give the room an air of classic charm.
The oversized master bathroom is one of Lauren's favorite parts of the home. Tastefully renovated while keeping its vintage charm, the space features Carrera marble throughout and an elegant freestanding tub.
Master Bathroom Vanity
A pedestal sink and an elegant black vanity enhance the room's timeless appeal.
Outside, you'll find a lush, private escape that's been the scene of many a Hollywood party. "I think the backyard is a very peaceful oasis," Jana says. "It's beautifully done -- with the fountains and the pool -- and it just makes you want to relax all day."
A built-in fireplace creates an inviting place for outdoor entertaining.
Adjacent to the main house, French doors open to the detached guesthouse, which includes a sitting area, bedroom and full bath.
