Their highest priority is to be close to the water where they can enjoy their favorite recreational activities - boating and paddle boarding. They've got $580,000 for a 4-bedroom house with lots of space indoors and out, ideally within walking distance to a lake. The Gaines introduce the family to an eclectic group of options - from a turn-of-the-century mansion to a couple of 1970s houses.

Their hope is to find a 4-bedroom, 2-bath house with a large interior located a reasonable distance from next-door neighbors. The options are few in this town of 1,500, but the Gaines are convinced they can find these almost newlyweds their perfect fixer upper.
