Lastly they check out 'Jo's Amazing Technicolor Dream House,' the least spacious of the three homes on the tour, but the most affordable. Can Chip and Jo find the perfect home for this growing family? What will the first design meeting be like at the Silos? Will Chip remember his twelfth anniversary?

Even so, Todd and Lexia are taken aback when find their first stop is not a home, but a horse barn! The next house they visit is the "Dilapidated Duo." The house is small and dumpy, and it would require a lot of extra additions to create the space their family is hoping for. "The Ranch House" is the last house the Meeks visit on their real estate tour. To their relief, this last option actually looks like a real house!

For the first time ever on Fixer Upper, the tables are turned for Chip and Joanna. Instead of taking potential homebuyers on a tour of houses, this time it's the clients who are showing them a house. Sterling and Casey Zan inherited a 2,000 acre ranch from Sterling's grandfather, who she affectionately calls "Paw Paw." When he passed away, his house sat abandoned on a beautiful corner of the lot for almost ten years. Sterling has a lot of fond memories of the place, and hopes Chip and Joanna can restore it to its former glory. Chip warns her that the house is in serious disrepair and would need a hefty amount of work. While they have $160,000 in their budget to work with, the list of damage is lengthy and they would have to carefully prioritize fixing up the areas that need it most. Chip also knows of other rural properties in better shape that the Zans might be interested in, but he lets them consider their options before they make a decision.

Luke and Rachel Whyte are a young couple with a growing baby girl, and they feel it's time to settle into a family-sized house. They're looking for a house with 3-4 bedrooms, and Rachel is hoping for a space that she can make into a playroom/home office. They have an all-in budget of $277,000, which gives them nice flexibility in the Woodway area. The first house they visit Joanna jokingly names the 'Chip House' because its reddish roof and orange-colored bricks remind her of a sunburned Chip on their first date. The Chip house is cute with a nice backyard, but overall it feels small. The next house has a similar red brick exterior to the Chip House, only bigger and slightly newer, so Chip and Joanna call it 'Chip 2.0.' Inside, several areas are totally falling apart and the carpeted master bathroom needs a major overhaul. Their last stop is nicknamed the 'Taj Mahal' for its lofty location at the top of a hill and the ornate furniture they find inside. The view is stunning and the house has a balcony that looks over nearly all of Waco.

The inside is wide open with high ceilings, perfect for hosting. The backyard is smaller than David was hoping for, but the inside of the house holds so much potential, he really has to weigh his options. The Peach House is last, clearly outdated and in need of some work.
