All of the house movers know that a home on Northwood Rd. in Forth Worth, Texas has been vacant for quite a while. This usually means that the interior is trashed. The move also must go through Fort Worth city and through a tree-limned neighborhood, which can be tricky to navigate – and costly. The Snow sisters like the look of the house and win it in the auction. They brace themselves for the worst when they open the front door, but they were not ready for what they see: the house is in great condition! They are excited about their big score and expect to make a big profit on this quick flip. Over at the Slay's, Cody and Suzi take on an unusual structure. The movers attend an auction for a portable school building. They Slays win it and decide to turn it into a combination home and workshop. The challenge is taking a commercial building and making it look like a home. It will need some serious curb appeal on the outside. There's a lot of room on the inside, along with a whole lot of drop ceilings as well and Suzi wants to get rid of all of it, an expensive proposition.
