This bathroom is not only big in size; it has big problems. The red tub and matching red sinks are just a few of the many things wrong with this space. Gutting it and starting over will fix the problem. Dark stone tile, custom ash cabinetry and barn-wood create the new palate. A double shower and massive jetted tub help fill the space. Skylights, a stained glass window and star-lit wall feature brings in special lighting while an ethanol-burning fireplace and heated stone counter-tops at the vanity are added for warmth.

Three new houses are on the auction block; a four- bedroom house in Los Gatos, and a two-bedroom and four-bedroom house in San Jose. All the teams are scrambling to quickly assess the homes' exteriors to see which ones look promising for a fruitful flip. Todd and Michael take pride in flipping high end homes in Los Gatos, so they feel a bit territorial anytime a house there is up for bid. Meanwhile, an expensive trailer parked at the four-bedroom San Jose property has both Mike and Manly, and Dom and Krista seeing dollar signs. And Josh immediately sees potential in the last house in San Jose, but his partner Alisha isn't  sold on the idea. Who will get the house they want at auction? Watch Flip it to Win it to find out.

Alison and the Kitchen Crashers gang tackle a small, old, kitchen by first removing a huge wall that divides the space. Then, along with tons of natural light, the new stuff floods into this space starting with a raised floor topped with dark oak flooring. Next comes two different cabinet colors and quartz countertops, a custom bench and matching bead board insert into the glass cabinets, and a stunning chandelier. Alison throws in a last designer touch with a bold fabric window treatment and adds an entirely new lighting plan to literally double this room and leave the homeowners amazed with the final result.

Alison sets out to turn a mismatched kitchen that's falling apart into a sleek and sophisticated kitchen and dining space that looks like a million bucks. She starts by taking out a useless pony wall to open the kitchen into the dining room and re-designing the layout to create the perfect kitchen work triangle with appliances and cabinetry in optimal locations. Next, she takes on the ugly, cracking, pink and white tile flooring and replaces it with a neutral travertine tile. The dining area is made functional and spa-like with the addition of a DIY custom-built floating bench and light fixture made of coffee filters. Alison replaces the couple's rickety wine cart with a state-of-the-art wine fridge and DIY wine rack, creating an entire wall space for wine storage. And to compliment the espresso horizontal grain cabinets, onyx countertops and backsplash that light up and "wow" thanks to built-in LED lighting.

When Alison walks into John and Kerry's kitchen, she realizes they weren't kidding around, the space is in desperate need for a crash. Without much additional space to expand into, Alison takes on the layout first, closing off several windows and breaking out the wall into the butler's pantry to make space for the L-shaped kitchen. With more wall space available, Alison adds dual colored cabinetry and open shelving in every direction, giving this family more storage and prep space than they ever thought possible. Granite countertops, laminate flooring and a DIY organization wall give the kitchen a fresh start and a chance at durability against the couple's four young boys.

Jares and Steve love to cook and entertain and are stuck with a nightmare of a kitchen, until Alison arrives with plans to upgrade to a Parisian inspired space. To make room for the big plans, the team takes out Steve's closet and throws away everything in the kitchen, resulting in a very dusty demo. Dirty old flooring is covered with new, white washed oak planks with flecks of gray. A foam t-grid ceiling is replaced with DIY spray painted and antiqued tin tiles. Alison triples the couple's storage space, bringing in floor to ceiling cabinetry with a veneer finish and blended vertical grain. To satisfy Jared's love for baking, Alison and Gary design a baking station with plenty of room for storage and rolling out dough. Steve's desire to entertain is met with a gold bar cart that Alison and Steve cut and weld together. The space is finished off with a glass chandelier and all new high-end appliances perfect for cooking gourmet meals. Bon Appetit!
