Couple Searches for an Eco-Friendly Home on the Jersey Shore

New Jersey natives Sarah and Frank are ready to move out of their tiny apartment and get a bigger home near the Jersey Shore. He wants to rent close to the water in Asbury Park and she wants to buy near downtown Red Bank. They both agree they need more space for storage and a backyard where they can further their eco-friendly lifestyle and have a garden of their own. But can they agree on anything else and will they rent or will they buy?
