A couple is moving from the flatlands of Nebraska to the beaches of St. Simons Island, Georgia. He grew up on the island and is ready to come home. Her only request is a pool, but he has a very specific idea of what their Southern house should look like. They both agree that they need a yard for their beloved dog, Jim.
