Seeking a Spot of Her Own

Twenty-five-year-old Jennifer Medema loves sharing a house with her friend, Liz, but is beginning to realize that she might like a place to call her own. She currently lives in the Chicago neighborhood of Lakeview, which is close to her workplace and centrally located to great bars and hang-out spots. She would like to find a one-bedroom, one-bath condo with hardwood floors, an open floor plan, modern kitchen and lots of storage space. It also needs to be close to the city and work. Though Jennifer herself is a realtor, for her first purchase, she has decided to ask co-worker Catherine Brennan for help.
