Don and Cheryl Look for a House by the Water in Cocoa Beach

Empty nesters Don and Cheryl are ready for a new chapter in their lives. Don had the opportunity to work for the largest surf shop in the world so they packed up and moved to Cocoa Beach, Florida. They're currently renting a condo by the beach until they find their permanent home, and the couple has fallen in love with living by the water. Now Don and Cheryl have their hearts set on a spacious new home that is right on the water. Their real estate agent has several great options in the Cocoa Beach area for the couple to chose from. One is a home right on a river, another is large place that's a block from the beach and another option is a condo overlooking the ocean. Which place will Don and Cheryl decide they will call their brand new home?
