Correcting Joists of a Balcony That Have Rotted Through

Jane and Dan had a tiny quarter-sized water stain on the bedroom ceiling of their six-year-old townhouse. When a roofing contractor came to repair the balcony above the leak, he discovered that the joists underneath were completely rotted through. No other contractor was willing to take on this structural mess, so they've asked host Mike Holmes if he's up for the challenge.
