If you’ve watched Christina on the Coast and/or follow Christina Anstead on Instagram, then you know and love Cassie Zebisch. But just in case you need a reminder, Cassie is Christina’s publicist, best friend and design client. Christina recently renovated Cassie’s master suite on season two of Christina on the Coast (and in season one she upgraded her living room and kitchen!). When Christina and Ant got engaged, Cassie was one of the first to know and even helped coordinate their surprise backyard wedding. Now, it’s Cassie’s turn! She took to Instagram over the weekend to announce her engagement to James Schienle.

Cassie told HGTV, “I am still in shock and over the moon! James is the person I’ve waited my whole life for, he is kind, smart, cares so much about everyone around him, and I can’t wait for what is to come! We are beyond excited and grateful for the next chapter in our lives together. Those double sinks were a great investment!”

Happy for you, girlfriend! And, of course, Christina is absolutely stoked as well. “I’m so beyond excited for my bestie Cassie and her fiancé James!!!,” Christina told HGTV. “We literally have been manifesting James since we started Cassie’s remodel. I kept telling her he was right around the corner and he will be worth the wait. And sure enough — right at the completion of Cassie’s remodel she ‘matched’ with James. I am so excited for their future and everything in store for them.” Spoken like a true best friend!
