Have you heard the news? Four of your favorites are coming back to HGTV with two all-new series: Boise BoysClint Robertson and Luke Caldwell and Leanne and Steve Ford of Restored by the Fords.

The hosts took to their individual social media accounts last week to share the news of their respective new shows. The best part? Casting is officially underway, so if you’re looking to renovate your home with the help of the Fords or the Boys, read on.

Boise Boys' Clint and Luke will continue to make Boise beautiful, one renovation at a time, but this go-around, they’re looking for families who have outgrown their current home and aren’t eager to move. The guys will transform each house into a functional, personalized space with every family member in mind. (Take a look back at some of the best renos from season two — you’ll be ready to throw your hat in the ring.) If you live in or near Boise and have a minimum budget of $75K, you can shoot your shot to be featured on Luke and Clint’s new series right now.

As for everyone’s favorite brother-sister duo, Leanne and Steve are sticking around Pittsburgh and will continue to renovate homes within the area. However, there’s a bit of a twist with this series: Leanne and Steve are specifically looking for homeowners who are “coming back home.” For example, people who bought the house they grew up in or who moved back into their old neighborhood. Ultimately, the goal for the Fords is to give homeowners a space where they can cherish old memories and make new ones. If you live within an hour of downtown Pittsburgh and have $80K to spend on reno, you can apply to be on the new series.

Stay tuned for more updates on the return of the Boys and the Fords. In the meantime, check out their past designs from Boise Boys and Restored by the Fords.
