Property Brothers Jonathan and Drew Scott in Front of the Magnusen home in Los Angeles, CA as seen on season 1 of HGTV's Brother vs Brother.
This cozy breakfast nook features a beadboard accent wall and bright, eye-catching artwork. To make the room feel more spacious, a leaf from the original table was removed and new, smaller chairs were added.
A black and white palette in this bedroom gets small punches of color from purple pillows and fresh flowers. A trio of large windows and French doors are left uncovered to keep the room from looking dark.
Formerly a home office, this small space is better suited for a reading lounge or meditation room. The walls have received a fresh coat of gray paint. Soothing art, furniture and accessories were brought in to create a relaxing atmosphere.
This transitional kitchen features bright white cabinetry, a neutral tile backsplash and butcher block countertops. The kitchen includes a small dining area, complete with a wooden dining table and modern pendant light.
What had been a TV room in Dennis Gupta and Marie Amato's home in Valhalla, New York was renovated into a dining room with a seamless connection into the kitchen. Upholstered chairs and a gray rug add a soft surrounding to the wood dining. A pendant light chandelier is a shining focal point in the room, as seen on Buying & Selling.
Hezekiyah and Nyahsa wanted a mature space to entertain friends, so Drew and Jonathan from HGTV's hit show Buying and Selling designed a contemporary space for the couple. By lightening up the wall shade, they were able to brighten the space, making it seem larger. Then, they brought in new, modern furniture that provides plenty of seating for a small gathering. The modern end table and lamp help to brighten up the space as the metallic water bar at the end of the space reflects light back into the rest of the room. Pillows and artwork adorn the space to add splashes of color.
Classic curtains and a graphic are rug add simple and effective pattern to this stylish living room design. A layered glass coffee table centers the room between the gray velvet chairs and neutral sofa. Faux fur pillows and an assortment of flowers bring textural details to the design.
