DREW'S HOUSE, EXTERIOR: BEFORE

Before the renovation, the Las Vegas home that Drew is transforming had tired landscaping and peeling paint.

DREW'S HOUSE, EXTERIOR: AFTER

Drew gave the house a fresh coat of light and dark gray paint. Taming the overgrown landscaping allows the home's exterior features to take center stage and invites buyers through the door.

In the freshly-painted courtyard, Drew added a casual seating area to give potential buyers an idea of how they might use this space.

DREW'S BACKYARD: BEFORE

Before the renovation, this backyard was overgrown and neglected.

Adding new landscaping and refreshing the backyard's existing swimming pool gives the space a whole new look.

DREW'S BACKYARD: AFTER

Drew removed the crumbling pergola in favor of a new fireplace, uncovered seating area and dining area. Luckily, the in-ground hot tub stayed.

A new rock path creates an easy route from the patio to the pool, and using mulch around it rather than grass reduces the amount of water needed to maintain this Las Vegas lawn's landscaping.

Spring green, trellis-pattern placemats and kelly green candlesticks dress up this neutral table.

DREW'S BACKYARD: AFTER, FIREPLACE

Using the same stone from the living room and master bedroom, Drew created an outdoor fireplace for chilly evenings. It's surrounded by a casual seating area.

New drywall and flooring create a blank slate for the buyer.

JONATHAN'S EXTERIOR: BEFORE

A pale pink home exterior might look perfect against the Caribbean sand and surf, but it made this home stand out (in a bad way) before the renovation.

JONATHAN'S EXTERIOR: AFTER

A warm gray exterior hue will appeal to buyers, and adding cream trim allows the home's architectural details to stand out.

JONATHAN'S COURTYARD: BEFORE

Jonathan's renovation home features a courtyard near the front entrance.

Extending the flooring creates enough room for a sitting area in the courtyard. Mixing large concrete slabs with river rocks and slate tile creates interest underfoot.

Armchairs next to the dining area provide extra seating for a party, or a convenient reading nook for lazy weekend afternoons.

JONATHAN'S GARAGE: BEFORE

During the renovation, this garage served as a temporary spot to house extra materials.

A new brick facade adds character to the in-garage home entrace, and a dartboard helps buyers picture themselves enjoying the space. Jonathan kept the existing storage cabinets.
