Designer Scott Thomas sought to capture the glamour of old Hollywood and the Art Deco movement of the '30s in this master bathroom but with a more updated look. The homeowners also wanted a space to display their new Picasso paintings, which fit right in with the design style.

Only the best materials were used to create the grand elegance that fills this room. A textured mirror, Carrara marble and custom mahogany cabinets all give the space a refined sophistication.

Glamor was carried into this master bedroom in a comfortable fashion. With a minimal approach to shine and a greater focus on simplicity, designer Scott Thomas designed the room to look tasteful and stylish.

To connect the master bedroom to its bathroom, the two closet doors had to be torn down and gutted to open up the space. This created the opportunity to add the window treatments as dividers, giving the room a dominant pattern.
