Freedom Martini

Bourbon Cherry Vanilla Coke Slush

Cascade Cocktail

To make, add 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup and two fresh strawberries to a mixing glass. Muddle until strawberries are broken down and incorporated into syrup. Add 1 1/2 ounces gin, 1/2 ounce lemon juice and dash of bitters to the same mixing glass. Fill glass 2/3 full with ice, cap with tin and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a footed pilsner glass filled with ice. Add more ice if necessary, and top with wheat beer.
