Tropical Banana Pudding in-a-Jar Recipe
1 (3-1/2 oz) box instant vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
2 cups whipped cream topping
1/2 cup toasted coconut
1 box mini vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed
4-6 bananas, sliced
Yield: Serves 6
small lidded Mason jars
In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding and milk.
In a small glass jar, add 1/8 cup cookie crumbs (Image 1), then 1 tsp toasted coconut (Image 2), 1/3 cup pudding mixture (Image 3), 4-5 slices of banana (Image 4) and 1/4 cup whipped cream (Image 5). Repeat until pudding or whipped cream reaches just below the rim of the jar.
Garnish with a whole wafer and a sprinkle of toasted coconut.
Tie a 12" length of ribbon around the spoon (Image 1), then tie the spoon to the jar (Image 2). Refrigerate till ready to serve (Image 3).
