HGTV Urban Oasis 2011 will be located on the 35th floor of the Trump International Hotel & Tower® in Chicago. The 1,000-square-foot, fully-furnished high-rise residence will include one bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, a gourmet kitchen and extraordinary views of the city's skyline, the Chicago River and Lake Michigan.

HGTV's Vern Yip plans to decorate the high-rise residence with an eclectic mix of antiques and architectural artifacts that can comfortably co-exist with the more contemporary decor reflective of Chicago’s heart and soul. The residence will also include access to the tower's five-star services such as a spa, fitness center, pool, restaurant and 24-hour concierge.
