In Maryland, Debra and Christopher Allen learn their home came with an unusual feature. Dan and Ruth McLaughlin find that the previous owner of their house was ahead of his time. Mysterious discoveries are made during renovation projects in Iowa and Massachusetts. Next, huge Victorian mansions have many secrets to tell, and the next two home owners were able to unlock the history of their mansions by finding items hidden within the walls. Finally, we travel to Michigan to learn about Doug and Nancy's property's prize-winning past.
