Nicknamed the 'Wild West House,' it is a unique Victorian-style house said to be owned by a banker in the late 1800s. The last house they visit is a large, modern-style ranch nicknamed the 'Cliff House.'

This house is also abandoned, falling apart, and is the smallest of the three. Because it is a shotgun house, all the rooms are conjoined, making for very little privacy in the bedroom.
