A Newlywed Couple Downsizes to be Closer to the Beach Lifestyle They Desire

Jaclyn and Teri are newlyweds who aren't satisfied with their current home's remote location far from the ocean in South Bay, Calif. They want to downsize and move closer to the beach with their dogs to enjoy a more active lifestyle. Jaclyn wants to buy, having had a good experience owning and selling their last home while Teri wants to rent to get a place as close as possible to the ocean. Will they rent or will they buy?
