Ready to take the real estate plunge, Kelly is hoping to buy a Philadelphia starter home for herself and her two friends... But with a seriously limited budget, fears she'll either fall in love with a house she can't afford, or worse yet, end up with a real dive. Enter real estate expert Sandra Rinomato. She promises to find them a suburban property close to a commuter rail station... But are these property virgins prepared for the challenges of a fixer-upper? Since the trio has already given up their apartments, they're in a major hurry to find a new home... But can Kelly settle on a property that meets their expectations and her budget?
