Newlywed zookeepers Kristen and Scott are looking for a nest of their own where they can settle down and raise a family. And since they're currently living with her mother, time is of the essence. Enter property expert Egypt Sherrod. She's determined to help find them a budget-friendly Tampa home that will work for their future plans and their menagerie of exotic birds. Initially, the couple is daunted by a potential reno project, and Egypt explains that some sweat equity could really pay off in the long run. Later, when Kristen has had enough of house hunting, the couple makes a surprising on-the-spot decision.
