Matt and Kyle have been living between Philadelphia and New York for years, and the constant traffic and chaos has left them wanting a fresh start. After visiting Kyle's aunt in Hilton Head, SC, they knew they had found a place where they can enjoy a simpler life by the beach. They've decided to make the move south and are looking for the beach home of their dreams.
