Greg and Sherrill have been renting in Topsail Island, North Carolina, for a few years and have decided it's time to buy their first home. The catch is that Greg is about to be deployed with the military for several months, leaving Sherrill to house hunt on her own. With a clear wish list of two bedrooms, two baths, room for guests and a water view, Sherrill is ready for the challenge to get them into their first home.
