Re-Roofing After an Attic Conversion Gone Awry

Julie and Joe needed another bedroom in anticipation of adopting a second child. With advice from a contractor, they decided an attic conversion would be simple since the exterior wall and roof wouldn't have to be touched. The reality was quite different, and the contractor created a dangerous mess. Host Mike Holmes and his team have no choice but to tear the roof completely off and build out the space properly.
