A PhD student in psychology, Kim has just moved to the big city for a one-year internship. And since she's currently crashing at her friend's tiny apartment, she's desperate to find a spacious pad of her own where she can study in peace and entertain in style. Enter rental expert Jodi Gilmour. She vows to find the perfect space for a single gal, but with Kim's sizeable wish list, warns she'll have to adjust her expectations to fit the big city rental reality. Jodi shows her a luxurious downtown apartment, a spacious uptown home, and a one-bedroom condo. But can she help Kim negotiate a deal when the apartment she wants is beyond her budget?
