Fresh from recent break-ups and looking to start their own children's clothing line, fashion designers and best friends Nadine and Natalie are looking for a swank two-bedroom apartment where they can cut their expenses, focus on their new business, and entertain their friends. Enter rental expert Jodi Gilmour. She promises to find them an ample live-work space to fit their glam personalities and tight budget. But can she get the picky pair to see beyond a home's esthetic flaws? The main floor of a bungalow fails to impress, but two high-rise options eventually end up on the short list.
