Budget and Kid Friendly Rental

Single father Marlon moved to the big city for a new job and although he's been crashing at his sister's place, it's time to find a bachelor pad of his own. So far, he's seen several potential apartments but he hasn't been able to make a commitment. Rental expert Jodi Gilmour steps in to find Marlon a sophisticated kid-friendly space that feels like home. With mom in tow, Marlon is more motivated than ever to sign a lease but with his tight budget, a basement apartment in a residential neighborhood is the only way to go. And Jodi warns that if keeps procrastinating, he'll be left out in the cold.
